On the morning of September 9, Qinglong Town solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 37th Teachers’ Day and to honor teachers and students who have excelled in education through the Education Promotion Association’s awards. Attending the ceremony were Li Feiyong, Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee and nominee for Town Mayor; Liu Jianhua, President of the Town Education Development Promotion Association; Wang Fayou, Executive President of the Town Education Development Promotion Association; Yan Kuangkui, nominee for Chairman of the Town People’s Congress; Lan Shengping, member of the Town Party Committee and nominee for Vice Mayor; Jiang Yukun, Organization Secretary of the Town Party Committee; Zhu Dinglu, Principal of Qinglong Middle School; Huang Licang, Principal of Qinglong Central Primary School; Yuan Li, Principal of Qinglong Public Kindergarten, as well as over 100 teachers, outstanding students, parent representatives, and local notables—entrepreneurs who have generously donated to education. At the ceremony, Liu Jianhua, President of the Town Education Development Promotion Association, stated that the prosperity and development of Qinglong are the shared concern and aspiration of all Qinglong residents.
